Here's my ATC
I used the gorgeous Mermaid and Hip image from PPinkydolls.
I printed my image and cropped it so that I only had the Mermaid, which i then coloured with Letraset Promarkers and a little Sakura Stardust Glitter Pen.
My Gems are a couple of gem dragonflies I found in my collection, which i thought looked very pretty with this delicate mermaid.
