Sweet Pea Stamps - Gypsy Soul

Today it's my pleasure to share my first project as a member of the Sweet Pea Stamps Design Team, I had such a wonderful time during my Guest Spot, that I was delighted when asked to come back as one of the team.

My project today features the beautiful Gypsy Soul image by Charmaine Flannery.

My image is coloured with a mix of Letraset Tria and Promarkers. My background papers came free with a magazine last year some time, and had been hiding in my crafty stash.  I thought they complimented the image very nicely, so I paired them with some white card stock.  I resisted the temptation to add any embellishments, I like how the patterned paper frames the image, and really didn't think that any further embellishments would have enhanced the finished card.  I added a stamped sentiment which I think compliments the image nicely, After all when seeking a fortune reading from a Gypsy aren't we always interested in anything that relates to Love, Wishes and Dreams!
