Of course you want to meet Pixie Jinglebell, here she is..
I decided she'd look pretty in pink and purple, so I raided my stash and came across this lovely non traditional christmas patterned paper, DCWV's Rose Tinted Xmas Stack. I coloured Pixie with Prismacolor Verithin Pencils, using the white pencil to blend the other colours. I added my paper to my card base, along with some washi tape, irridescent snowflakes with crystal brad centres, and a few clear gems.
