It's Release Day, here's Harry and friends

Yes, It is finally time to release The Potters into the Simply Betty Stamps Store, you can can you hands on all of the digis now, and if you hop over to the Burtonesque Dolls blog, I think you'll find some discount offers, and maybe a chance to win an image or three!!

So here's Harry...

So you might have noticed that my Hermoine, Ron and Harry Cards all look rather similar!!  That's because it's all one card...

My Potter Triptych Closed

Here it is all opened up.  I used a Spellbinders Dot Frame Die to cut out my frames, I then used the die as a template to create a back piece for each frame.  My images are all coloured with Letraset Promarkers.  I added some hotfix rhinestuds to the frame to give a little bling.  I sandwiched the ribbon between the frame and back piece along the length of all three frames, so it can be folded closed.  Using a couple of pearl ribbon sliders, I created two buckles.

I'm really pleased with how this turned out, I don't make a lot of 3D projects, so I was suprised a how well this turned out, it even stands up on it's own.  Hope you like it too
