Getting a little Quirky with The Stamping Boutique

I consider myself to be very lucky, as I have the honour of working with some wonderful people and images, one of the wonderful people I work for is Tracey Malnofski, the brains and talent behind The Stamping Boutique.  Tracey not only creates some of the most delightful images to work with, but she is also very generous, and loves to sponsor challenge blogs to give everyone the opportunity to win some of her images.

Today The Stamping Boutique is sponsoring Quirky Craft Challenge,  when i saw the theme of this weeks challenge I had to play along. The Challenge is Alice in Wonderland, create a craft project featuring something found in the Alice in Wonderland story. For my card I used Audrey Sitting and Audrey's Chair, I also used the teapot from the Pantry Shelf image.

I kept the rest of my card very simple, I used a digital paper for my floor, and embossed the wall with a heart embossing folder.  I then trimmed this paper and adhered to a red card blank.  I coloured my images with Promarkers before cutting them out; I adhered the chair flat on the background and used foam pads to add Alice to the chair.  What more could you need for an Alice in Wonderland Card? Maybe a Rabbit or Mad Hatter or even a power crazy Queen, but I decided to leave the card as is; I can't wait to see what other people create for this challenge, that's one of my favourite things about online challenges, getting to see how differently we all interpret the same theme.

Hope you'll have time to play along with Quirky Craft Challenge, and make sure you check out The Stamping Boutique, because it is filled to the rafters with some of the best digital stamps available.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend
