"Happy Halloween!" This week's Pixie Dust Studio Challenge, is a nice easy one, and a lot of fun.
Create a spooktacular card/project and be sure to include Orange and Black in there ;)
For my card i chose to use Island Pixie; I'd not had chance to colour her before, so thought this would be a great opportunity to colour her up, and try something a little different. I made a few minor changes to her to make her more halloweeny, I turned her wings and stars into spiderwebs, and her brooch into a spider. My black and white background was leftover from another card, and i thought combining that with orange, would be a great halloween card. I added some orange ribbon with spiders on it, and a ticket sentiment. To finish it all off I added some black pearls to my orange card base.
I'm really pleased with how this card turned out, I just love working with versatile image, and Pixie Dust Studio images are some of the most versatile; always lots of room to colour the image, and plenty of scope to add your own details.
