This week, we have a fun one for you: VINCENT
Admittedly, many of us hadn't seen the video for this, but once we did, we were hooked! So this week's challenge is to take a paragraph from the poem and use it for the basis of your card or project.
"Her anger now spent, she walked out through the hall
And while Vincent backed slowly against the wall
The room started to swell, to shiver and creak
His horrid insanity had reached its peak"
And while Vincent backed slowly against the wall
The room started to swell, to shiver and creak
His horrid insanity had reached its peak"
To create my Vincent, i did a little digital altering on a couple of TGF Digistamps; I used Wild Sprout Jeremy for most of my image, I replaced his hair with that of Wild Sprout Edward. I deleted Jeremy's shirt and tshirt collar, adding in some stripes to create a more burtonesque top for Vincent. I printed Vincent onto photo paper, and then coloured with my promarkers.
The rest of my card is very simple, I printed a background paper from Tangie Baxter's Wonderland Collection . I then trimmed this and layered it onto a gloss black card blank.
I hope you like my creation, make sure you pop along to the Burtonesque Dolls blog to see what the rest of the dolls have created for your inspiration.
On a personal note, could I ask that you send your prayers of support to my BFF Ju, whose husband died suddenly yesterday morning. I still can't believe it, and wish i could do something to take away the pain that Ju and her family are feeling.
Take Care please

On your 2nd note - I am sooooo very sorry for your BFF's loss. Speechless really and I didn't even know him but I can tell by your wording that this was far from expected. So sorry. Sending prayers of comfort to the family. Thank goodness she has a close friend like you. Hugs!
This is sooooo cool! I absolutely LOVE IT!! You're an alter master and I love the black and white!
