Creating a Big Fish-y Scene with the Burtonesque Dolls

This week, we are so excited to be sponsored by the fabulous Smeared Ink!

Here's some 411 from Smeared Ink's site:
"We are dedicated to bringing you high quality unmounted rubber stamps that offer you new and interesting avenues of expression. Our design style is edgy, wild, distinct, and fun. We embrace the unusual, and offer you a unique perspective when it comes to rubber art stamps."

Um, can you say "match made in Burtonesque heaven"?!? ;) The Smeared Ink sisters, Terra and Tori, also host the Smeared and Smudged Ning site, so be sure to check that out.

The Dolls were thrilled to work with the fab images from Smeared Ink's Carnies line - just perfect for this week's challenge: Create a Big Fish-y Scene. Here are some photos for inspiration:

For my card i used the Fortune Teller digital image from Smeared Ink, and took inspiration from the picture of the witch from the film.  I love the idea that you could see the future in her blind eye, and adpated the digi image, so that the crystal ball became an eye.  I also gave her and eye patch.

Not only were the Dolls able to work with the Carnies rubber stamps and the Fortune Teller digi, but you have a chance to win them, too!

Thank you for visiting with me, and have fun with the challenge

LOVE how you popped and eyepatck on the fortune teller and put and eye in the glass ball - truly inspired!
