Pixie Dust Release Day: Oh, Happy Day Collection

Release Day is finally here, so we get to share with you the whole 'Oh, Happy Day Collection' which is availabe in the Pixie Dust Studio today.  This collection features some of the most delightful images i've been lucky enough to work with, every single one really does bring a smile to your face, and they are so much fun to colour, you will love making cards with these images.

Not only is it Release Day today, but it's also time for a new Pixie Dust Challenge, and this weeks challenge is 'Punch it Out'  all you have to do is use some sort of punch on your card, could be a border punch, corner punch or maybe you want to punch out some flowers.  Here is my Challenge card...

For my card I used 'Party with Wink' along with the Sun and Sentiment from 'Oh, Happy Day'.  Doesn't Wink look cute in his high chair?  I love the accessories that come with this image, for my card i added a party hat to wink, and gave him a cupcake, so it looks like Wink is having a fun Party.  I coloured my images with promarkers, then trimmed the main image to make it square. I then cut a square of red card a bit bigger than my image, and punched a border all the way round it with a set of MS Around the Page Punches. I layered my image onto this card, which i then added to a card blank.  I punched out a circle of red card, and added the sentiment to this, before layering it on top of my colour Sun image.  To finish my card i added some faux stitching to my images.

Make sure you visit the rest of the Pixies, before popping over to the Pixie Dust Studio for your images, as they have lots more gorgeous creations to share with you.

Thank you so much for visiting with me today, Have a Very Happy Day :)
