A Final Cut and Shave with The Burtonesque Dolls

Hello all you burton fans! It's time for another fun filled Burtonesque challenge! Today we have a fun one for you! Final Cut...And Shave Create a card/project inspired by Sweeney Todd and using decorative scissors or paper distressing tools (e.g. Tim Holtz craft scratcher or distressing tool)! Not too hard huh?

Today our Sponsor is :

One lucky winner will receive two brand new Simply Betty Stamps- Miller and Betty (the wicked little vixen herself)! Just link your creations on The Burtonesque Dolls Blog and you will be in for the chance to win those two fun and funky stamps!

For my card I used the Gorgeous Lola and Handsome Miller from Simply Betty Stamps  I decided to create a card based on the two young lovers, Johanna and Anthony in the film; I stamped Lola and then masked her before stamping Miller next to her to create this little scene.  The papers I chose are from Basic Grey's Scarlet Letter range, perfect for a Sweeney Todd inspired card.  I used my Tim Holz Distressing Tool to distress the edges of the papers before i layered them onto my card.  For my embellishments i decided to add some organza ribbon, which i stapled on, a beautiful red rose and two pearl heart pins.

Don't forget to check out the rest of the Dolls creations, they are all awesome!!
