What better way to start the week than a release of some super cute images! Yes it's release day at Pixie Dust Studio today, and you can get you hand on the adorable 'On the Prairie' Collection. I had so much fun with these images, I've decided to share two cards with you today, here is the first...
I used the gorgeous 'Pocket Full of Love' for this card, as soon as I saw this image i knew i wanted to create a little shirt card. I used dark blue vellum for the shirt and pocket, the paper for the top is from Prima's 'My Little Guy' Collection. I coloured the image with promarkers and prismacolour penicls. I then did a spot of sewing, adding details to the pocket and shirt front, and finally three red buttons from my stash.
For my second card i combined the 'Tweet Tree' image with 'Prairie Pixie' to create this little scene. I paper pieced the background, and the coloured and cut my images out. I added some pricking to my background and them stuck my little characters down. According to my hubby i must have been craving chocolate when i created this card, as it reminds him of one of our favourite chocolate bars, bubbly mint covered in chocolate, I'm sure you know the one i mean, lol!!
Also released today is the wonderful 'Critter Cluster' created by Pixie Payton, aren't they the cutest little critters. You'll have to come back later to see my Critter Creations!
Yes, you read right, just pop along to the Pixie Dust Studio Blog today, and you can pick up this gorgeous Glub the Fish image for free.
Thank you for taking the time to visit with me, now pop along to the rest of the Pixie's to see what wonderful creations they have to share with you featuring our new images.
