Relax and Rejoice...

Yes today is the first of the previews for the release of the new Anyas available at The Greeting Farm on the 15th December.  I would like to introduce you to the beautiful Yoga Anya, isn't she awesome, makes me want to run and sign up for a Yoga class right away.

For this card i wanted to created a nice peaceful scene for Yoga Anya to meditate in.  I chose papers from the Papermania - Spring Life pack, i love this combination of yellow, green and brown, aswell as the geometric elements mixed with flowers and swirls.  I stamped Yoga Anya in brown memento ink, and then coloured with Promarkers.  I used some yellow card from my stash to layer the centrepiece on, i used a die cut tab to add the sentiment to this layer, i decided on 'relax and rejoice' from the Me Time Anya set, as it fitted in perfectly with the mood i wanted to create.  I added a few pearls and gems to the background papers to enhance the design and add a little dimension to the overall effect.  Finally i found some gorgeous 3D butterfly stickers in my stash, and add a couple of them as a finishing touch.

For my next card i wanted to show you how diverse this beautiful stamp is....

Not only does Yoga Anya like to meditate, she likes to promote world Peace, so in this card she's been joined by Hippy Anya for a Peace picnic (no food required, tehe) in this very bright and cheerful scene.  I did a little altering to Yoga Anya, i drew in her eyes and lips, and gave her a funky floral tshirt.  I then coloured both Hippy and Yoga Anya with coloured pencils.   I chose some really bright papers for the background, i wanted to keep the layout of this card very simple, as there was so much going on with the colours.  I cut the papers to give the impression of a little hill, and the sky, i then added my adorable Anya's with some foam pads to add a little dimension.  I then printed and coloured the letters for the word 'Peace', cut them out and arranged them at the front of my scene.  To finish it all off i add this pretty pink heart button :)

I hope you like the two different views of Yoga Anya i've showed you, the possibilities are endless with the super cute stamp, just take a trip over to Club Anya, and you'll see more amazing views of her from the rest of the Design Team.

Make sure you come back tomorrow to meet the next addition to the Wonderful World of Anya, you'd be mad to miss it :)
