This weeks Fresh Farm Friday Challenge over at The Greeting Farm, it to make a card with some form of embossing on it.
I'd stamped and coloured this cute Skater boy Ian over the weekend, so thought he'd be perfect for this challenge. I created a white card blank using my scorpal, i used my scorpal to create a framed border effect on the front of the card, i then created this same effect on a piece of silver pearlescent paper which i had cut to fit within the border of the card front. I then took a piece of green cardstock from my stash and using a fiskar texture plate i created a fine grid effect on the card, i stapled this to the front of the card at a jaunty angle. I then added an embossed border effect to the stamped image and added a pricked border.
As a finishing touch i added small silver brads to the four corners of the silver pearlescent paper.
